GUY- How's it looking up there?
BUILDER- Well after taking a look the good news is that I can fix it
GUY- How much is it going to cost me?
BUILDER- (Sharp intake of air) Oooooohhh well...first you're going to need roof slates which will cost you £300, some extra tiling as well which is £500 and tarring to patch it up will cost £1000
GUY- Don't think i can afford that
BUILDER- Well, have you heard of B&S?
GUY- No, what is it?

GUY- REALLY?!
BUILDER- Hard to believe? I know, and you dont need a trade card
